目的:建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定,维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6的含量测定方法。方法:Hypersil,ODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-50 mmol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(20:80),检测波长为266 nm,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素B_6;线性范围分别为:16.05—80.25μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)21.35~106.75μg·ml~(-1)(r= 0.999 9)及14.15~70.75μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率也分别为101.2%,98.7%及99.6%,RSD 1.9%,1.9%及1.0%。结论:该方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为质量检验的定量方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Vitamin B_1, Vitamin B_2, Vitamin B_6 by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of 50 mmol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (20:80) with Hypersil and ODS C 18 columns (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) at a detection wavelength of 266 nm , The flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The linear ranges of vitamin B 1, vitamin B 2 and vitamin B 6 were 16.05-80.25μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) 21.35-106.75μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) And 14.15 ~ 70.75μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 101.2%, 98.7% and 99.6%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.9%, 1.9% and 1.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative method for quality inspection.
