通过采用不同油源的改性沥青、面层类型和不同石质的矿料在不同路面结构上的施工情况分析,深入研究了改性沥青路面合理施工温度的影响因素,以提高路面压实度、控制路面空隙率和渗水系数为标准,提出了在各相关因素影响下的合理施工温度范围及确定依据。试验路检测结果表明,依此确定的改性沥青路面施工温度可较好地满足对沥青路面的设计要求,保证了改性沥青路面的施工质量。
Through the analysis of the construction conditions of different pavement structures of modified asphalt with different oil sources, surface types and different types of rocky mineral materials, the influencing factors of reasonable construction temperature of modified asphalt pavement are studied in depth so as to improve pavement compaction , Controlling the porosity and seepage coefficient of the road as the standard, put forward the reasonable construction temperature range and the definite basis under the influence of all relevant factors. The test results of test road show that the construction temperature of modified asphalt pavement thus determined can well meet the design requirements of asphalt pavement and ensure the construction quality of modified asphalt pavement.
