随着天然气需求的快速增长,配套设施建设的持续推进,产运销系统的规模日益增大,目前采用Excel表手工平衡的方式无论是工作效率还是平衡结果均已无法满足规划需求。天然气业务规划的一项重要工作是对产运销系统进行平衡分析,并根据分析结果有针对性地进行工作部署。以天然气产业链整体效益最大化为目标,通过数学抽象和系统要素简化,建立了产运销系统的数学模型,并选择CPLEX软件作为优化计算工具对模型求解。该模型已在中国石油天然气业务“十三·五”规划和天然气产运销分析等规划研究中应用,通过合理配置资源市场、优化天然气流向,实现了效益最大化的目标,大大提高了优化效率,为天然气规划的科学决策提供了依据。
With the rapid growth of natural gas demand and the continual advancement of supporting facilities, the scale of the production and sales system has been increasing. At present, the manual balance method using Excel tables has failed to meet the planning needs both in terms of work efficiency and balance. An important part of natural gas business planning is the balanced analysis of the production, distribution and sales systems and the targeted deployment of work according to the analysis results. With the objective of maximizing the overall benefit of the natural gas industry chain, a mathematic model of the production, distribution and sales system was established through mathematical abstraction and simplification of system elements. CPLEX software was selected as the optimization calculation tool to solve the model. The model has been applied in the planning of China’s oil and gas business such as “13 · 5” planning and natural gas production and marketing analysis. By rationalizing the resource market and optimizing the flow of natural gas, the model has achieved the goal of maximizing benefits and greatly improved the optimization Efficiency provides the basis for scientific decision-making in natural gas planning.
