目的:研究生长在中国东南部的南方红豆杉树皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和HPLC制备色谱法分离、纯化化学成分,用核磁共振技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从生长在中国东南部的南方红豆杉树皮中分离得到了12个紫杉烷二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:紫杉吉酚(1)、decinnamoyltaxagifine(2)、19-debenzoyl-19-acetyltaxinine M(3)、9-二氢-13-乙酰基-巴卡亭Ⅲ(4)、7,9-dideacetylbaccatinⅣ(5)、1,3-二氢紫杉宁(6)、南方红豆杉醇C(7)、紫杉佐匹定J(8)、7-木糖基-10-去乙酰基紫杉醇A(9)、10-deacetyltaxol(10)、taxicinⅡ(11)、2α,7β,10β-triacetoxy-5α,13α-dihydroxy-2(3→20)abeotaxa-4(20),11-dien-9-one(12)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4~6、8、9、11和12为首次从南方红豆杉中分离得到,化合物7为首次从南方红豆杉树皮中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the bark of Taxus chinensis grown in southeastern China. Methods: The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and HPLC preparative chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified and identified by NMR. Results: Twelve taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the barks of Taxus chinensis grown in southeastern China and identified as: taxol (1), decinnamoyltaxagifine (2), 19-debenzoyl-19 -acetyltaxinine M (3), 9-dihydro-13-acetyl-baccatin III (4), 7,9-dideacetylbaccatin IV (9), 10-deacetyltaxol (10), taxicin II (11), 2α, 7β, 10β -triacetoxy-5α, 13α-dihydroxy-2 (3 → 20) abeotaxa-4 (20), 11-dien-9-one (12). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 4 ~ 6, 8, 9, 11 and 12 were isolated from Taxus chinensis for the first time, and compound 7 was isolated from the bark of Taxus chinensis for the first time.
