从DF_(21)型米轨机车车轴结构、过盈量选取、原材料选取、车轴强度、线路条件等方面进行分析,探讨车轴裂纹产生的原因。对JZ45、50钢车轴轮座疲劳许用应力进行推算,结合国外车轴强度设计经验,提出国内车轴强度设计方法及建议。
This paper analyzes the axle structure of DF_ (21) type m railroad locomotive, the choice of interference, the selection of raw materials, the strength of axle, and the conditions of the railway line to explore the causes of axle cracks. The fatigue allowable stress of axle seat of JZ45 and 50 steel axles is calculated. Based on the experience of foreign axle strength design, the design method and suggestion of domestic axle strength are put forward.
