鼻及副鼻窦内翻性乳突状瘤系发生于本区域由粘膜覆盖部位的上皮源性肿瘤。早在1871年Billroth已有记载,近年来国内外均有报道,并不少见。我科于1975～1979年共5年间曾收治9例,今将点滴体会报道如下。蓝床资料本组患者中男性8例。女性1例;年龄由32～60岁,平均50.3岁,其中40岁以上者6例(66.7％)。工人、农民各4例,干部1例。病程1～10年,其中6例在3年以内。临床表现主要有渐进性单侧鼻阻(89％),反复鼻衄 Nasal and paranasal sinus inverted papillary tumors occur in epithelial tumors in the region covered by mucosa. As far back as 1871, Billroth has recorded that in recent years there have been reports both at home and abroad. Our department was admitted to 9 cases in 1975-1979 for 5 years. Blue bed data 8 patients were male in this group. There were 1 female and the age ranged from 32 to 60 years old, with an average of 50.3 years. Among them, 6 cases (66.7%) were over 40 years old. Workers and peasants each had 4 cases and cadres 1 case. Duration of 1 to 10 years, of which 6 cases within 3 years. The main clinical manifestations are progressive unilateral nasal resistance (89%), repeated nasal discharge
