目的:观察冠状动脉造影慢血流现象与心脏运动负荷试验结果的相关性。方法:入选我院2005年1月～2006年12月因胸痛行冠状动脉造影发现的冠状动脉慢血流共21例,冠状动脉造影术后3d行心电图运动负荷实验并分析结果。结果:10例心电图运动实验阳性,占47.6%。结论:冠状动脉慢血流现象与心电图运动负荷试验阳性相关。
Objective: To observe the correlation between slow blood flow of coronary angiography and cardiac exercise load test. Methods: Totally 21 cases of coronary blood flow were selected from January 2005 to December 2006 in our hospital for coronary angiography due to chest pain. The electrocardiogram exercise load test was performed 3d after coronary angiography and the results were analyzed. Results: 10 cases of ECG exercise test was positive, accounting for 47.6%. Conclusion: Coronary slow flow is positively correlated with ECG exercise load test.
