目的研究雪莲培养细胞提取物对被60Coγ照射小鼠外周血细胞指标的影响。方法取100只昆明种雄性小鼠,随机分成5组,除空白对照组外,其余各组给予2.5 Gy60Coγ射线全身照射处理(包括模型组和雪莲培养细胞提取物低、中、高剂量组),定时检测外周血白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、血红蛋白含量、血小板含量以及红细胞相关指标,考察雪莲培养细胞提取物对被辐射小鼠的保护作用。结果小鼠被2.5 Gy60Coγ射线照射后的外周血白细胞数,淋巴细胞数,红细胞数、血红蛋白及血小板含量均显著下降。小鼠灌服雪莲培养细胞提取物后,显著促进了这些指标的回升。结论雪莲培养细胞提取物对辐射小鼠外周血细胞相关指数的恢复具有显著的促进作用。
Objective To study the effects of extracts from cultured cotyledons of Saussurera on peripheral blood cells of 60Coγ irradiated mice. Methods 100 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. Except for the blank control group, all other groups were given 2.5 Gy of 60Co γ-ray irradiation (including low, medium and high dose groups of model group and Xuelian cultured cell extract) Peripheral blood leukocytes, lymphocytes, hemoglobin, platelet and erythrocyte related indicators were detected regularly to investigate the protective effect of extracts from cultured cells of Saussurera on irradiated mice. Results The number of leukocytes, lymphocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin and platelet in peripheral blood of mice irradiated with 2.5 Gy 60Coγ ray decreased significantly. After mice were fed Suusen lotus cell extract, the recovery of these indexes was significantly promoted. Conclusion The extracts from cultured cells of Saussurea significantly promote the recovery of peripheral blood cell-related index in irradiated mice.
