With the development of the Harbor Center, Central Hong Kong has become a towering city. Towering buildings like a pawn inserted in a street, the road convenient vehicles, pedestrians are a lot of inconvenience. It is hard to find the road leading to the seaside because of the battle between people and cars. This design proposal proposes the rise of a new high-rise building from a cluster of gorgeous, colorful low-rise buildings (Dragonair) that no longer stands like a pawn on a barren stretch of street. Pavement mainly pedestrians, shops along the street, cafes, office buildings and low-rise residential. Like the bustling Hong Kong and the many European cities of the old days, the ground is for the people. The ground is designed to be proportionate to the population so that the population has a direct connection with the Gulf.
