目的 :观察星形细胞肿瘤组织中bcl- 2基因的表达情况。方法 :6 0例星形细胞 ,其中星形细胞瘤 1 8例 ,间变星形细胞瘤 2 4例 ,胶质母细胞瘤 1 8例 ,另取因脑外伤需手术减压患者 1 2例的脑组织做正常对照 ,采用免疫组化法检测星形细胞肿瘤组织和正常脑组织中bcl- 2基因表达情况 ,并分析其与肿瘤恶性程度和患者预后的关系。结果 :6 0例星形细胞肿瘤组织bcl- 2基因表达阳性率为 5 0 %。其中星形细胞瘤bcl- 2基因表达强度为 0 .0 30± 0 .0 0 6 ,阳性率为 4 4 .4 % ;间变星形细胞瘤bcl- 2基因表达强度为 0 .0 90± 0 .0 0 3,阳性率为 5 0 % ;胶质母细胞瘤bcl- 2基因表达强度为 0 .1 6± 0 .0 1 ,阳性率为 5 5 .6 %。不同类星形细胞瘤组织bcl- 2基因表达阳性率差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,其表达强度却随着肿瘤恶性级别的升高显著增强 ,各组间相比差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。正常脑组织中未能检出bcl- 2基因表达。结论 :bcl- 2基因表达上调在星形细胞肿瘤发生、发展乃至间变的过程中可能起重要作用 ,其表达强度是反映星形细胞肿瘤患者预后的重要指标之一
Objective: To observe the expression of bcl-2 gene in astrocytic tumors. Methods Sixty astrocytic cells including 18 astrocytomas, 24 astrocytomas and 18 glioblastomas were included. Another 12 patients with traumatic brain injury requiring decompression Of brain tissue as a normal control, using immunohistochemical detection of astrocytoma and normal brain tissue bcl-2 gene expression, and analyze its relationship with the degree of malignancy and prognosis of patients. Results: The positive rate of bcl-2 gene in 60 cases of astrocytoma was 50%. The expression of bcl-2 gene in astrocytomas was 0.30 ± 0.606, with a positive rate of 44.4%. The bcl-2 gene expression in astrocytomas was 0.090 ± 0. 0 0 3, the positive rate was 50%. The expression of bcl-2 gene in glioblastoma was 0.16 ± 0. 01, with a positive rate of 55.6%. The positive rate of bcl-2 gene expression in different types of astrocytoma was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but its expression intensity increased significantly with the malignant grade of tumor Statistical significance (P <0. 01). Bcl-2 gene expression was not detected in normal brain tissue. CONCLUSION: The up-regulation of bcl-2 gene may play an important role in the development, progression and progression of astrocytic tumors. The expression intensity of bcl-2 is an important index to reflect the prognosis of astrocytoma patients
