目的探讨立体定向放射联合5-Fu化疗治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法采用立体定向放射治疗系统对52例胰腺癌患者行立体定向放射联合5-Fu化疗治疗。结果患者多数能耐受,并发症较少,部分患者肿块有不同程度缩小,44例患者腹痛减轻,与对照组比较疗效显著。结论立体定向放射治疗胰腺癌,具有定位精确、治疗时间短、副作用小的特点,联合5-Fu化疗患者多数能耐受,并发症较少,大部分患者腹痛减轻,部分患者肿块有不同程度缩小,近期疗效较为满意,是可行的治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stereotactic radiotherapy combined with 5-Fu chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
