工程造价指数是工程造价宏观管理和建设参与方决策的基础,它反映就建筑工程在不同时期的工程造价、产品价格和实物量指标方面变化的情况,主要应用在工程造价中,为建筑工程的决策和计价提供标准和依据,有助于提高我国对工程造价的管理水平。随着我国建筑业的飞速发展,人们已经意识到工程造价指数在市场变动中的重要指示作用,工程造价指数已经成为建筑工程领域内的一项基础管理工作。建筑工程的建设周期长、造价高的特点,由于市场各生产要素不断处于实时变化的状态,使得工程造价指数也不断波动。因此需要对工程造价指数进行预测,实时监控工程造价变动情况。本文通过对各项实例工程的工程造价指数进行汇总计算和分析,并将工程造价指数应用到建设工程的全过程中,包括项目立项、可行性研究、设计、招标和施工等各个阶段中,为不同阶段的决策提供了重要的指导作用。
