目的建立环境空气中气态尼古丁的液相色谱测定方法。方法被动式采样采集空气中的气态尼古丁,采样后滤膜经超声提取、溶剂萃取、氮吹后,用流动相溶解、C18反相色谱柱分离、紫外检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果检出限及测定下限分别为0.05μg/m3、0.16μg/m3;精密度为0.24%~2.62%;实际样品的加标回收率的范围在82.0%~107.2%;样品密封后,在干燥的室温状态下可以保存11天以上。结果该方法适宜于测定公共场所空气中尼古丁的浓度。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gaseous nicotine in ambient air by liquid chromatography. Methods Passive sampling was used to collect gaseous nicotine in the air. After sampling, the membrane was extracted by ultrasonic and solvent extraction. After the nitrogen was blown, it was dissolved in mobile phase and separated on a C18 reversed-phase column. The detector was detected by UV detector. The retention time was qualitative and peak area was quantified . The detection limit and the lower limit of determination were 0.05μg / m3 and 0.16μg / m3 respectively. The precision was 0.24% -2.62%. The spiked recoveries of the samples ranged from 82.0% to 107.2%. After the samples were sealed, The room temperature can save more than 11 days. Results The method is suitable for the determination of nicotine concentration in the air of public places.
