本文对32例乳腺癌、20例良性乳腺疾病及20例乳腺正常者,检测了手术前后及放疗后的血清免疫球蛋白、补体C__S及外周血中的T细胞亚群,观察其动态变化。结果显示乳腺癌患者外周血T_S细胞及血清IgG、IgA含量显著高于后两组,T_H细胞及T_H/T_S比值显著低于后两组,二组手术后第一周的T_H细胞及T_H/T_S比值均较术前显著减少,良性组术后一月恢复正常,乳癌未放疗组术后3月OKT_3~+、术后6月OKT_4~+较术前增多,OKT_8~+细胞减少,T_H/T_S比值上升。放疗后第一周T_H细胞显著减少、T_S细胞增多、T_H/T_S比值下降、血清IgG显著升高,放疗后6月OKT_3~+细胞明显增多,放疗后一年OKT_8~+细胞明显减少。讨论了乳腺癌患者的免疫状态与各种治疗的影响及其临床意义。
In this paper, 32 cases of breast cancer, 20 cases of benign breast disease and 20 cases of normal breast were examined before and after surgery and radiotherapy serum immunoglobulin, complement C__S and T cell subsets in peripheral blood to observe its dynamic changes. The results showed that T_S cells and serum IgG and IgA levels in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the latter two groups. Discussed the impact of immune status and various treatments on breast cancer patients and its clinical significance.
