目的 运用抗肝癌区血管内皮细胞的单克隆抗体进行抑瘤实验。方法 通过建立裸小鼠人肝癌动物模型来进行 ,抑瘤实验。结果 抗肝癌区血管内皮细胞的单克隆抗体在肝癌动物模型的抑瘤实验中有明显的抑瘤作用。结论 抗体在动物实验中有明显的抑瘤作用 ,表明通过应用这种抗体可对肝癌进行以血管为靶向的生物治疗 ,从而为肝癌的治疗提供一种新的治疗方法。
Objective To use a monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial cells in hepatocellular carcinoma to perform antitumor experiments. Methods The experiment of tumor inhibition was carried out by establishing an animal model of human hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mice. Results The monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial cells in hepatocarcinoma area had obvious anti-tumor effect in the tumor inhibition experiment of liver cancer animal model. Conclusion The antibody has obvious anti-tumor effect in animal experiments, indicating that the use of this antibody can be used for the biological treatment of liver cancer with blood vessels as the target, thus providing a new treatment method for the treatment of liver cancer.
