目的:以二丁基二氯化物(DBTC)所致大鼠慢性胰腺炎为动物模型,以DBTC大鼠的血清CCK含量与胰腺组织病理为指标,观察中药复方制剂袪瘀清胰颗粒抗慢性胰腺炎的药理作用。方法:50只大鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、袪瘀清胰颗粒低、中、高3个剂量组,尾静脉注射DBTC溶液造模,造模后分别灌胃给袪瘀清胰颗粒相应剂量药液,连续56天,于末次给药后麻醉腹主动脉取血测血清胆囊收缩素(CCK),取胰腺观察胰腺组织病理改变。结果:袪瘀清胰颗粒可明显降低DBTC大鼠的血清CCK含量,对胰腺组织的病理改变有明显的保护作用。结论:袪瘀清胰颗粒具有保护慢性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织及降低慢性胰腺炎大鼠血清CCK的药理作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of chiyishenyitao granule on chronic pancreatitis in rats with chronic pancreatitis induced by dibutyldichloride (DBTC) in rats and the CCK content in serum and pancreatic tissue pathology in DBTC rats. The pharmacological effects of inflammation. Methods: Fifty rats were divided into blank control group, model control group, low dose, middle dose and high dose of Chiyu Qingyao Granules. DBTC solution was injected into tail vein to make model. After modeling, Granules corresponding dose of liquid for 56 consecutive days, after the last administration anesthetized abdominal aorta blood serum cholecystokinin (CCK), take the pancreas to observe the pathological changes of the pancreas. Results: Fuyu Granule can significantly reduce the serum CCK content of DBTC rats, which has a significant protective effect on the pathological changes of pancreatic tissues. Conclusion: Fuyu Granule can protect pancreas from chronic pancreatitis and reduce the serum CCK in rats with chronic pancreatitis.
