溶血血液标本对多项生化检验结果 的影响分析

目的分析溶血血液标本对多项生化检验结果的影响。方法选取35例门诊体检正常人的血液标本,对溶血前后的血清进行相关的生化项目检验。结果溶血血液标本的总蛋白、清蛋白、血清总胆红素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、直接(反应)胆红素、乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、尿酸的含量高于溶血前(P<0.01或P<0.05),葡萄糖的含量低于溶血前(P<0.01),丙氨酸转氨酶、谷氨酰转移酶、尿素氨、肌酐的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溶血血液标本对多项生化检验结果均会产生很大的影响,因此在进行生化检验前需要尽量避免血液标本溶血。 Objective To analyze the influence of hemolytic blood samples on the biochemical test results. Methods Blood samples from 35 outpatients were collected and the biochemical items related to serum before and after hemolysis were tested. Results The contents of total protein, albumin, serum total bilirubin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, direct (reaction) bilirubin, lactate dehydrogenase, aspartate aminotransferase and uric acid in hemolytic blood samples were higher than The contents of alanine aminotransferase, glutamyltransferase, urea ammonia and creatinine were not significantly different before hemolysis (P <0.01 or P <0.05), glucose content was lower than before hemolysis (P <0.01) 0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis blood samples will have a great impact on the biochemical test results. Therefore, hemolysis of blood samples should be avoided before biochemical test.
