半导体热敏电阻作为测温元件,具有灵敏度高、体积小和反应快等优点,因而,被广泛地用于温度测量和控制。但是,半导体热敏电阻的阻值与温度之间的关系是非线性的,因而指示电表的温度刻度也是不均匀的,这就使应用不够方便。下面就正温系数和负温系数热敏电阻的特性,推导出刻度线性化的条件,从而确定测温电桥的设计方法,并举设计实例和试验结果。
Semiconductor thermistor as a temperature measurement device, with high sensitivity, small size and fast response, etc. Therefore, it is widely used in temperature measurement and control. However, the relationship between the resistance of the semiconductor thermistor and the temperature is non-linear, indicating that the temperature scale of the meter is also non-uniform, which makes the application inconvenient. The following positive temperature coefficient and negative temperature coefficient thermistor characteristics, derive the scale linearization conditions, to determine the design method of temperature measurement bridge, both design examples and test results.
