为了研究和仿真公差对齿轮性能的影响,以公差建模数学模型为依据,研究了一种含有齿廓总偏差的齿轮模型建立方法,并以5级精度渐开线圆柱直齿轮为例,利用Imageware和UG软件建立了含几何偏差的齿轮,最后,在ANSYS环境下,针对不同精度齿轮模型分析了轮齿变形和接触应力。结果表明,建立含有几何偏差信息模型是可行的,同时,根据有限元分析结果可以帮助我们确定合理的齿轮精度。
In order to study and simulate the effect of tolerance on the performance of gears, a mathematical model of tolerance modeling was used as a basis to study a method of establishing a gear model with total deviations of tooth profile. Taking a 5-level precision involute cylindrical spur gear as an example, Imageware and UG software built the gears with geometric deviations. Finally, the gear tooth deformation and contact stress were analyzed for different precision gears in ANSYS environment. The results show that it is feasible to establish the information model with geometric deviation, and at the same time, the finite element analysis can help us to determine the reasonable gear accuracy.
