电信服务是电信运营商经营过程中的一块硬骨头。尽管工信部最新的服务报告显示2012年电信申诉量有所下降,尽管三大电信运营商全年都在兢兢业业狠抓电信服务质量,但是一旦哪个环节出漏子,都难免会带来负面影响。负责电信服务的员工经常发出感叹:电信服务工作真是难做啊!电信服务为何难?有何应对之道?
