采用高钒渣经予还原排除氧化铁和磷,硅铁还原,碳粉贫化、予渣精炼的冶炼钒铁工艺,得到了40%的钒铁。同现水法提取V_2O_5,再冶炼钒铁工艺相比较,节省了大量化工原料,简化了工艺,降低了成本。此钒铁可以较广泛地应用于含钒低合金钢中,为我国钒铁的生产开辟了一条新路。
The use of high-vanadium slag by reduction to exclude iron oxide and phosphorus, ferrosilicon reduction, carbon-depleted, to refine the smelting vanadium iron process, got 40% ferrovanadium. With the current water method to extract V_2O_5, and then smelting vanadium iron process, saving a lot of chemical raw materials, simplifying the process and reduce costs. This ferro-vanadium can be widely used in vanadium-containing low alloy steel, which opens up a new path for the production of ferrovanadium in China.
