在自行研制的环 -块磨损试验装置上研究了三体磨损状态下矩形波载荷特性对磨损的影响 ,结果表明 1矩形波载荷和静载荷作用下试件的磨损过程一样 ,存在跑合期和稳定磨损期 ;2对应于某一载荷波形占空比Φc,磨损量最大。当载荷波形占空比Φ小于Φc时 ,磨损随Φ的增加而迅速增加 ;当Φ大于Φc 时 ,磨损随Φ的增加逐渐减小并趋于静态载荷下磨损
The self-developed ring-block wear test apparatus was used to study the influence of the rectangular wave load on the wear under three-body wear condition. The results show that the wear process of rectangular wave and static load are the same, Stable wear period; 2 corresponds to a certain load waveform duty cycle Φc, wear the maximum. When the duty cycle of load waveform Φ is less than Φc, the wear increases rapidly with the increase of Φ. When Φ is larger than Φc, the wear decreases with the increase of Φ and tends to wear under static load
