目的探讨后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿的临床效果。方法43例采用全身麻醉、显露肾囊肿,距肾实质3～5mm将囊壁切除去顶。结果手术均顺利完成,无严重并发症发生,手术时间30～70min,平均50min。术中出血量10～50mL,术后住院3～7d。随访3个月～1年,复查B超无复发。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术是安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decompression in the treatment of renal cysts. Methods 43 cases of general anesthesia, renal cysts revealed, from 3 to 5mm from the renal parenchyma to remove the top of the wall. Results The operation was successfully completed, no serious complications occurred. The operation time was 30-70 minutes with an average of 50 minutes. Intraoperative bleeding 10 ~ 50mL, postoperative hospital 3 ~ 7d. Follow-up 3 months to 1 year, review B no recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic renal cyst debridement is a safe and effective surgical method.
