研究了三种不同保护方式及六种不同热辐射通量下阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆(ZR-VV)的绝缘失效规律。采用自主设计的SDR-1塑料电缆热辐射试验炉,模拟不同火灾热辐射环境,其中,热辐射通量分别取3,5,7,24,40,56 k W/m~2;三种电缆保护方式分别为直接暴露、穿金属管保护、穿阻燃PVC管保护,进行失效规律的研究,得出相应结论。
The insulation failure behavior of flame retardant PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable (ZR-VV) under three different protection modes and six different heat fluxes was studied. The self-designed SDR-1 plastic cable heat radiation test furnace was used to simulate different fire thermal radiation environments, in which the heat radiation fluxes were taken as 3, 5, 7, 24, 40, 56 kW / m ~ Protection methods were directly exposed, wearing metal tube protection, flame retardant PVC tube protection, the failure of the study, draw the corresponding conclusions.
