针对激光焊接和打标过程中产生的烟雾和粉尘,设计了除尘机构作为辅助加工设施,利用真空发生器的原理,在机构内部形成负压,通过喇叭口对烟尘吸附。该机构价格只有传统的烟雾净化器的几十分之一,且体积小巧,耗能低,取得了显著的经济效益。
Aiming at the smoke and dust generated during laser welding and marking, a dust removal mechanism is designed as an auxiliary processing facility. By using the principle of a vacuum generator, a negative pressure is formed inside the mechanism and smoke is adsorbed through a bell mouth. The price of the body only a few one-tenth of the traditional smoke purifier, and compact, low energy consumption, and achieved significant economic benefits.
