Using the data from the third survey of Chinese women’s social status in 2010, the article explores the impact of migrant workers’ experience on the gender outlook of rural men and women. The study found that migrant workers helped to weaken the traditional concept of inheritance and gender division of rural residents, but did not shake the most important patrilineal family system of property inheritance, and migrant workers affected the concept of inheritance of family name and gender division of labor The female sample is more obvious. According to the research, the weakened effect of migrant workers on the traditional gender concept of rural people shows that the weakening role of rural migrant workers is promoted by the table and layer by layer. As the vested interests of the traditional gender concept, the traditional gender concept of rural men hardly occurs as much as that of the female Change.
