如今,随着我国经济的不断发展,有越来越多的现代企业管理者都开始认识到了创新经济管理模式的重要性,从而开始结合自身的经营现状制定出了一系列的经济管理方案。然而,由于受到传统管理理念的影响和制约,我国现代企业所采用的经济管理模式中仍然存在着很多亟待解决的问题。基于此,笔者结合自身经验提出了几点可行性较高的创新建议,其中包括构建出科学化的经济管理制度、进一步完善企业的经济组织结构以及加大对企业人力资源的优化力度等等。 Nowadays, with the constant development of our economy, more and more modern enterprise managers are beginning to recognize the importance of innovative economic management mode, and start to formulate a series of economic management programs in light of their own business conditions. However, due to the influence and restriction of the traditional management concept, there are still many problems to be solved in the economic management mode adopted by the modern enterprises in our country. Based on this, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions on innovation based on his own experience, which includes building a scientific economic management system, further improving the economic structure of the enterprise and increasing the optimization of the human resources of enterprises.
