通过A、B、C、D 4株解磷解钾芽孢杆菌间互作效应研究,找出最佳菌株组合,为复合菌肥的研制提供技术支持。通过钼锑抗比色法、火焰分光光度计等方法分别测定了上述4株芽孢杆菌单独和混合培养菌株的溶磷、解钾能力与培养液pH和有机酸总量变化及其彼此之间的相关性。结果表明:在无机磷发酵培养液上清液中,菌株混合培养的各处理可溶性磷含量均明显高于单菌株处理,并且各处理的可溶性磷含量与pH成显著的负相关,而与有机酸总量成明显的正相关;在有机磷发酵培养液上清液中,各处理的可溶性磷含量差异不显著(P>0.05),而且可溶性磷含量与pH、有机酸总量之间不存在显著的相关性;在钾矿石发酵培养液上清液中,各处理均具有一定的溶钾能力,并且可溶性钾含量与其pH、有机酸总量之间、有机酸总量与pH之间均呈现一定的相关性,但各处理可溶性钾含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。各菌株混合培养,尤其是三菌和四菌株组合处理能显著提高可溶性磷含量,但并不完全表现为加成效应;综合各处理的特性,第13处理组组合菌株间协同效应较强,有望成为最佳菌株组合。
