铅可以引起染色体畸变。动物实验证明与铅浓度有关。本文报道20例铅接触工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体分析以及血铅、尿铅和Na_2CaEDTA驱铅试验结果。证明铅主要引起染色体结构畸变,且与体内铅负荷有关。 对象和方法 20例接受染色体检查的对象系铅冶炼厂和蓄电池厂接触铅烟和铅尘工人,其中男性19例女性1例。年龄23~61岁,平均36.2岁。工龄1~39年,平均10。75年。空气中铅烟和铅尘浓度超过国家最高允许浓度约5~20倍。20例中16例有轻度神衰症状、8例有腹部隐痛等消化道症状。
