目的探讨植入式中心静脉输液港(输液港)应用中出现窦道形成并发症的原因,为有效预防该并发症提供依据。方法对205例植入输液港的乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,总结发生窦道形成并发症的原因,并提出有效的管理策略。结果 205例植入性输液港患者发生窦道形成22例,发生率为10.73%,其中窦道形成合并输液座外露4例(1.95%),合并断管3例(1.46%)。护士因素引起8例(36%),患者因素引起的有6例(27%),医生因素引起的有4例(18%),制度因素引起的有4例(18%),均通过有效处理得以治愈。结论通过多方面的改进措施,可以使输液港应用过程中产生窦道形成并发症得到控制。
Objective To explore the causes of sinus complications in the application of implantable central venous transfusion port (transfusion port), and to provide evidence for effective prevention of this complication. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 205 cases of breast cancer who were implanted in the port of transfusion. The causes of sinus complications were summarized and effective management strategies were proposed. Results Totally 22 cases occurred in 205 cases of implantable port, the incidence rate was 10.73%. There were 4 cases (1.95%) of sinus formation with infusion site exposure, and 3 cases (1.46%) with disconnection. Eight cases (36%) were caused by nurse factors, six cases (27%) were caused by patient factors, four cases (18%) were caused by physician factors, and four cases (18%) were caused by system factors, Healed. Conclusions Through various improvements, the complication of sinus formation during the application of transfusion port can be controlled.
