目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿贝诺酯维生素B_1颗粒中贝诺酯和维生素B_1的含量。方法:采用Shim-packVP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.005 mol·L~(-1)庚烷磺酸钠溶液(50:50)(用磷酸调节pH至3.5),流速1ml·min~(-1),检测波长260nm,柱温30℃。结果:贝诺酯在18.052~162.468 mg·L~(-1)的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=6);维生素B_1在5.956~53.604 mg·L~(-1)的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=2.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,准确,专属性好。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Benoride and Vitamin B 1 in children’s Benomide vitamin B 1 granules. Methods: Shim-pack VP-ODS column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.005mol·L -1 sodium heptane sulfonate solution (50:50) ), Flow rate 1ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength 260nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The linear range was 18.052 ~ 162.468 mg · L -1 (r = 0.999 9, n = 5). The average recovery was 100.2% and RSD was 1.2% (n = 6) ; Vitamin B_1 had good linearity (r = 0.999 9, n = 5) in the range of 5.956-53.604 mg · L -1 with an average recovery of 99.3% and RSD of 2.1% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific.
