目前，我国的民用电收费方式存在不少弊病，急需改进，民用电逐步采用分时计费已是必然趋势。我们利用现代电子及计算机技术，设计了一种民用电分时计费及收费系统，能够安全、高效地实现分时计费及预付电费、自动计算电费等功能，具有较大的实用价值。
At present, there are many shortcomings in the way of charging civil electricity in our country, which urgently needs improvement. It is an inevitable trend for the civilian electricity to gradually adopt the method of time-sharing accounting. Using modern electronics and computer technology, we have designed a system for time-sharing billing and charging of civil power, which can safely and efficiently implement functions such as time-sharing billing and prepaid power consumption, and automatic calculation of electricity costs. This is of great practical value.
