麻绳降温加湿层的研究,經过三年来在紡織厂和鋼厂的实驗应用(曾在本刊二卷二期发表),証明为一經济有效的降温方法,为便于工厂企业实际应用,現将麻绳降温加湿层的原理結构和設計方法叙述于下。原理麻绳降温加湿层是根据蒸发冷却的原理,利用较少的空間,在节約大量水、电的情况下进行送风降温。麻绳在送风管道中排列成一定形式,麻绳充分湿潤,当送入的空气通过麻绳层时,水分吸取空气的热而蒸发,因此使空气的温度降低,并提高了空气的相对湿度。当供水的温度和空气的湿球温度相等或相差不多时,如空气在經过麻绳前的状态在温湿图上(图一)用P点代表,則
