三峡水利枢纽漂浮物综合治理 ,是一个系统工程。原设计采用以排为主的传统漂浮物治理措施 ,不仅对三峡水利枢纽 ,而且对下游梯级电站 -葛洲坝水利枢纽的漂浮物问题 ,均未妥善解决。根据模型试验结果 ,结合国内外已建工程实例 ,如在枢纽工程上游选择理想的河段 ,采取拦、导、清漂措施 ,可取得较好的漂浮物治理效果。
Three Gorges Project comprehensive management of floating debris, is a systematic project. The original design of row-based traditional float management measures was not properly solved not only for the Three Gorges Project but also for the floating debris of the Gezhouba Dam, a downstream cascade hydropower station. According to the results of the model test and the examples of the existing projects at home and abroad, if the ideal river reaches are selected in the upper reaches of the hub project, the measures of blocking, guiding and drifting can be adopted to achieve a better control effect of floating debris.
