洛阳对文物保护工作很重视,80年代就曾创造了“先考古发掘后建设”的“洛阳工作方式”,并被推广到全国。此次“天子驾六”在城市广场建设中惊现,洛阳市为此修改原设计方案,付出大量精力和财力,使文物得到妥善保护。但是,一段时间以来,舆论对洛阳不利,洛阳人觉得被误解,甚至有些委曲。完全可以理解。但人们实在是被当前许多地方以建设发展的名义大肆毁坏文物的现实吓怕了,惟恐稍迟一步,那无法再生的文物便荡然无存,届时就是骂娘也悔之晚矣。看来,围绕“天子驾六”保护的这场争论,洛阳是替有的地方背了黑锅。
