铁是人体重要的元素、临床上许多疾病如缺铁性贫血、铁粒幼细胞性贫血、肺含铁血黄素沉着症、肺肾出血综合症及血色病等都与铁代谢异常有关,因此铁代谢的研究,一直是血液学领域中的重要课题,随着~(59)Fe 标记及放射免疫测定技术的应用,使我们对铁的代谢及其生理功能有了较深入的认识。现就铁代谢与缺铁性贫血的临床、诊断及防治等有关的一些问题进行讨论。
