文化经济的发展需要一个崭新的经济体制,它不同于传统的计划体制,也不同于传统的市场体制,而是历史上未曾有过的社会主义市场经济体制。在本文的上半部分,作者带领我们回顾了社会主义市场经济体制在中国所经历的长期的探索过程,并指出:为了使市场在资源配置中的基础性作用得到有效发挥,需要统筹国内国际两个市场,实现对内对外相互促进,还必须加强完善宏观调控机制。
The development of cultural economy needs a brand-new economic system. It is different from the traditional planning system and from the traditional market system.
