维生素E(α-生育酚)可预防胆石形成并能控制胆石溶解剂鹅脱氧胆酸(chenodeoxycholic acid,C-DCA)对肝功能的影响。1985年5月上旬,在第37届日本维生素学会上,京都府立医大斋藤彻氏发表了上述结论。他们的实验动物是大鼠(hamster)。以葡萄糖60%,乳酪蛋白20%为主要成分的胆石形成食饲养大鼠时,三周后即有86%的实验动物出现胆固醇性胆石。但在此三周内腹腔内往入α-生育酚20mg/kg五次的实验动物中,有56%未形成胆石。
Vitamin E (α-tocopherol) can prevent gallstone formation and control the effect of gallstone dissolving agent chenodeoxycholic acid (C-DCA) on liver function.
