The Niuchuan River Basin belongs to the first tributary of the Kuye River. The project area is located at the right bank of the Shou Niu Chuan and belongs to the Yikezhao League in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It involves 3 flags (cities) and 8 townships. The total area of the project area is 9065 km2, accounting for 39.86% of the total area of the JiuNiuchuan Basin, including ZhunGeErqi 481 7km2, Dongsheng City 10664km2 and Yijinhuoluoqi 318 39km2.
