本文介绍堆芯位移传感器(以下简称传感器)的标定技术。标定误差与我国自行研制的传感器误差1%相应,高温标定装置和辐照动点标定装置的总误差均低于0.34%。辐照试验最高中子积分通量达1.70×10~(20)n/cm~2。辐照动点标定时给出了三个位移量,与国内外通常采用的定点标定法(只给出一个位移量)相比,所获得的标定结果要可靠得多。在高温标定时,采用与传感器灵敏度 C 有倒数关系的 K 值作为传感器的特征系数,给使用者带来方便。标定装置结构合理、可靠,其中辐照动点标定装置还具有操作简单、安全可靠、经济性好等优点。
This article describes the core displacement sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) calibration technology. The calibration error is corresponding to 1% of the sensor error developed by our country. The total error of the calibration device of high temperature and the calibration device of irradiation fixed point is less than 0.34%. The highest neutron flux of irradiation experiment reached 1.70 × 10 ~ (20) n / cm ~ 2. Radiation point calibration given three displacement, and the domestic and international fixed-point calibration method (only give a displacement) compared to the calibration results obtained is much more reliable. In high-temperature calibration, the sensitivity of the sensor with a C inverse relationship between the value of K as the characteristic coefficient of the sensor, to the user convenience. Calibration device structure is reasonable and reliable, in which the irradiation point calibration device also has the advantages of simple, safe, reliable, economical and so on.
