应用有限元法对液压支架立柱在冲击载荷作用下的动态响应进行模拟,分析立柱的应力、应变分布情况和整个冲击过程对地基基础的最大冲击载荷,对立柱的抗冲击性能进行初步研究,为正在研制的立柱冲击试验台的地基基础设计提供边界载荷数据。
The dynamic response of the hydraulic support column under impact load was simulated by finite element method. The stress and strain distribution of the column and the maximum impact load on the foundation of the whole impact process were analyzed. The impact resistance of the column was studied as The foundation foundations for the post impact test rig under development provide boundary load data.
