Jean-Louis Callens， SecretaryGeneral of Federation du Nord ofSecours Populaire Francais （SPF）， ledan eight-member delegation composedof the mayors of Lille， Gravelines andDouchy-les-Mines in the Departementdu Nord of the Region Nord Pas deCalais and federation members tovisit China from April 15 to 22. Thevisit was made at the invitation of theCPAFFC.
