为了解决采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝自动焊接的问题,本文以Altera公司的FPGA芯片为例,对基于NiosⅡ的管道环焊缝自动控制系统进行了研究,采用熔化极氩弧焊,实现了采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝的自动焊接并提高了焊接质量和效率。其关键技术包括:设计了控制焊枪的机械传动系统和电动机的传动系统。电动机传动控制系统采用了NiosⅡ控制,介绍了NiosⅡ软核处理器的特点,并且对环缝自动焊接控制系统进行了运行实验。结果表明,系统的稳定性和焊接效率能够满足采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝的质量要求。
In order to solve the problem of automatic welding of annular weld of oil screen sieve unit, this paper takes FPGA of Altera Corporation as an example to study the automatic control system of pipeline girth weld based on Nios Ⅱ. Automatic welding of screen fillet annular weld and improved weld quality and efficiency. The key technologies include: the design of the control of welding gun mechanical transmission system and motor drive system. The motor drive control system uses the Nios Ⅱ control, introduces the characteristics of the Nios Ⅱ soft-core processor, and carries out the running experiment on the automatic welding control system of the girth. The results show that the stability of the system and the welding efficiency can meet the quality requirements of annular weld of oil screen sieve unit.
