刘××,女,63岁,住院号7811。因发热、心悸、气短10余天于1980年5月8日入院。于入院前10余天,无何诱因,始有发热、心悸、气短、头晕,伴有夜间阼发性呼吸困难,下肢浮肿。曾用青、链霉素肌注,口服利尿药等治疗后浮肿消退。但心悸、气短不见好转,以“动脉硬化性心脏病”入院。既往于4年前有尿频、尿急、尿痛史。

More than 10 days before admission, no incentive, began with fever, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, accompanied by nocturnal paroxysmal breathing difficulties, lower extremity edema. Ever used green, streptomycin intramuscular injection, oral diuretic treatment edema subsided. However, palpitations, shortness of breath did not improve to “atherosclerosis heart disease” admission. Prior to 4 years ago, frequent urination, urgency, dysuria history.
