研究了PCVD法在电工钢上沉积Si的规律及其电磁性能,探讨了处理温度对表层中si含量的影响。DW620-50电工钢经PCVD处理后磁性能得以改善,高温扩散后其铁损降低了45.2%.磁饱和强度提高了4.5%。
The law of deposition of Si on electrical steel by PCVD method and its electromagnetic properties were studied. The effect of processing temperature on the content of Si in the surface layer was also discussed. The magnetic properties of DW620-50 electrical steel after PCVD treatment are improved, the iron loss is reduced by 45.2% after high temperature diffusion, and the magnetic saturation strength is increased by 4.5%.
