陆浑水库是一座兼防洪、灌溉和城市供水为一体的大型水库,灌区设计灌溉面积0.93万hm~2。其中东一干渠上段从内埠至山张,全长49.5km,所有渠段全部在丘岭半腰缠绕,担负着自身2000多公顷的灌溉用水及向下游偃师、巩义输水任务。渠首内埠至太平桥设计流量45m~3/s,在近几年高水位、大流量通水情况下,郝湾渡槽出口至太平桥段水位明显偏高,在27m~3/s流量的情况下,局部超过设计水位10cm,大部分接近或达到4.3m的设计水位,远远低于45m~3/s的设计流量。经过近几年的观测、查找原因,基本摸清了此段水位偏高的原因,现分析如下:
