水电作为清洁能源,不仅可以利用富裕水资源进行电力供应,满足相关能源需求,同时,又可以完成水资源的合理调配,实现绿色可持续发展。因此,水电资源一直以来都是我国能源的重要组成,为经济社会发展做出了积极贡献。我国水电建设起步较早,特别是一些小水电工程项目多建于20世纪六七十年代,由于运营时间较长,受当时装备水平、设计标准、施工技术等方面的限制,已经不能充分满足当前经济社会发展需求,迫切需要进行增效扩容改造。文章以河南省驻马店市板桥水库水电站为例,对中小水电站增效扩容技术改造进行探讨,提出水电站优化设计的方法措施,以期为广大中小水电站增效扩容技术改造提供借鉴。
As a clean energy, hydropower can not only make use of abundant water resources for power supply and meet relevant energy needs, but also make rational allocation of water resources and achieve green and sustainable development. Therefore, hydropower resources have always been an important component of China’s energy and have made positive contributions to economic and social development. Hydropower construction in China started earlier, especially since some small-scale hydropower projects were built in the 1960s and 1970s. Due to the long operating hours, due to limitations of current equipment standards, design standards and construction technologies, the current hydropower projects can not fully meet the current Economic and social development needs, there is an urgent need for efficiency and capacity expansion transformation. Taking Banqiao Reservoir Hydropower Station in Zhumadian City, Henan Province as an example, this paper discusses the technical renovation of capacity expansion of small and medium hydropower stations, and puts forward the methods and measures for optimal design of hydropower stations in order to provide reference for the technological transformation and expansion of medium and small sized hydropower stations.
