几年来在实际工作中,对克山病的治疗以中医的四诊八纲为依据进行辨证施治,取得了点滴体会,很不成熟,提出来仅供同道们作参考,不当之处,希多指正。我以前认为克山病是属于《伤寒论》中说的三阴证,所以在治疗上就运用了一些理中、回阳、救急等方法;然而,观其疗效并不显著。看来,有必要重新从临床上和用药上加以摸索和探讨。 In the actual work over the past few years, the treatment of Keshan disease has been based on the four diagnostics and eight classes of traditional Chinese medicine for syndrome differentiation.
