对影响杏离体繁殖的有关因素进行了研究。结果表明,杏的增殖和生长适宜的BA和IBA质量浓度分别为1.0~1.5和0.05~0.1mg·L-1,生根适宜的IBA质量浓度为0.2mg·L-1.培养基中加入GA3和降低NH4NO3浓度有利于加长生长。随着继代培养次数的增加,芽的增殖、加长生长和生根效应均呈上升趋势。山梨醇作碳源时芽的增殖倍数高于蔗糖,而新梢生长差,生根率低。
The factors affecting the in vitro propagation of apricot were studied. The results showed that the suitable concentrations of BA and IBA for apricot proliferation and growth were 1.0-1.5 and 0.05-0.1 mg · L-1, respectively, and the suitable IBA concentration for rooting was 0.2 mg · L- 1. The addition of GA3 to the medium and the reduction of NH4NO3 concentration are conducive to prolonged growth. With the increase of subculture, the proliferation, prolonged growth and rooting of shoots all showed an upward trend. When the sorbitol as a carbon source, the multiplication rate of shoots was higher than that of sucrose, while the growth of shoots was poor and the rate of rooting was low.
