通过对学员在校期间不同阶段心理变化特点的分析,提出在不同阶段对学员实施管理教育的有效措施,对于切实提高管理教育工作的质量,保证学员顺利完成学习任务,有着十分积极的促进作用。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of the students’ psychological changes at different stages of their school years, it puts forward some effective measures to implement the management education for the students at different stages. It has a very positive role in promoting the quality of the management education and ensuring the successful completion of the learning tasks.
